Twist Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opening twist.fun, installing Twist, or using it through any app store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Twist. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Twist.

2. The Service

Twist is a short-video feed where each story stops before its ending. You pick one or more endings and commit an amount (your “entry”). A verifiable random process selects the ending. If you picked it, you receive a payout; if not, your entry is not returned. The selection is random: nothing you watch, know or do can predict or influence it, and no skill is involved.

Signed out, you play with practice credits that have no value and cannot be cashed out. Signed in with a funded balance, entries and payouts are in USDC on the Solana blockchain. Payout rates, house edge, jackpot rules and the on-chain accounts are published on the Transparency page.

3. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may use real-money play only if all of the following are true, and you confirm them each time you sign in, deposit or place an entry:

• You are at least 18, and at least the minimum age required where you live and where you are now.
• You are not located in, resident of, a citizen of, or accessing Twist from any Restricted Jurisdiction. Restricted Jurisdictions are (a) sanctioned territories: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine; (b) places where Twist is prohibited or unlicensed, including Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Israel, the Gulf states, Brazil, Mexico and Ontario; and (c) any other place we choose not to serve.
• You are not a person named on any applicable sanctions list, you are not owned or controlled by such a person, and you are not acting for one.
• You are acting for yourself, the USDC you commit is your own and lawfully obtained, you hold only one account, and you are not self-excluded or barred from services of this kind.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, false identity or anyone else’s account to hide your age, identity or location.

If any of this is or becomes untrue, stop using real-money play. We may suspend or close your account, void entries placed while you were ineligible, withhold related payouts and earnings, and report where required. Your legitimately deposited balance remains yours to withdraw. You are responsible for knowing whether Twist is lawful for you; we make no representation that it is.

4. Accounts and Wallets

You sign in with email, Google or X through our sign-in provider, which creates and holds the key for a Solana wallet linked to your account. Anyone who can access your sign-in can access your balance. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure; we are not liable for losses from a compromised sign-in, phishing or shared access. Accounts may not be sold, lent or shared.

5. Entries, Settlement and Payments

• Finality. An accepted entry cannot be cancelled or changed. If a selection fails to complete, your entry is returned automatically.
• Obvious errors. If a round is offered, settled or paid on the basis of an obvious error or software fault, we may void it and return entries, correct the settlement to the published rate, or recover an overpayment. We will tell you when we do.
• Deposits and withdrawals. You deposit USDC on Solana and may withdraw to any Solana address you provide, subject to a minimum and a flat network fee shown before you confirm. Transfers to a wrong address cannot be reversed. We may delay a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud or breach or comply with a legal request, and will tell you if we do. Your balance is held by the Twist on-chain program, not a bank; it is not insured and earns no interest.
• House edge and earnings. A percentage of each real-money entry is retained and split between the story’s creator, your referrer (if any), the jackpot pool and Twist. You cannot promote Twist to minors or into Restricted Jurisdictions. Bonuses are discretionary and may be voided if obtained through abuse. Fees and rules may change with notice; changes never alter a settled round.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your payouts and earnings.

6. Risk Disclosure

Endings are random and there is a house edge, so over time most players lose more than they win; never commit money you cannot afford to lose. Solana transactions are irreversible; smart contracts may contain bugs and networks may fail. USDC is issued by a third party that may freeze tokens.

We may pause play, change the feed, remove stories or close the Service; your balance stays withdrawable while play is paused, and if we close real-money play we will give at least 30 days’ notice and keep withdrawals open for at least 90 days. Nothing on Twist is financial, investment or legal advice.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Play

No bots, automation, exploits, manipulation of the random selection or earnings systems, multiple accounts, collusion, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or unlawful use. We may investigate, hold affected balances, void affected rounds, withhold earnings obtained through breach, and close accounts, telling you why unless the law prevents it.

Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account; if play is harming you or someone else, contact us or the support organisations at support@twist.fun.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Twist content belongs to us or the creators who license it to us; use it personally and share links, but don’t copy, scrape or redistribute it. If you upload a story, you confirm you have the rights to it, and that everyone in it is an adult who consented. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, adapt, display and promote it, including generating alternative endings. We may remove any story. Takedown requests: contact@twist.fun.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are always liable for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for paying settled payouts and returning your verified balance, and for anything the law does not let us exclude.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by the Solana network, third-party services, USDC, a wrong withdrawal address, a compromised sign-in, or your breach, and our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the greater of the house edge we retained from your entries in that period and USD 100. You will indemnify us for claims arising from your breach, ineligible use or uploads. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

10. Amendments, Disputes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect 14 days after notice in the app and by email, and you may withdraw and stop playing instead of accepting.

Complaints go to contact@twist.fun; we acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 30 days, after which you may use the independent resolution route at support@twist.fun. These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. Claims about a round must be brought within 12 months of settlement.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable the rest stands; we may assign these Terms to a successor operator with notice; the English version prevails.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Twist at any time, without liability, if you breach these Terms.
